I was raised by a father who was a welder by trade - the kind of man who built his life with grit, precision, and a deep sense of pride in his work. During college, I learned even more from my Uncle Jim, who worked his way up from pipe fitter to the VP of North America at a global organization. He didn’t just show me where hard work could take you - he taught me how to take advantage of every hour in the day, how to grow with discipline and integrity, and how to lead as a businesswoman.

And today, I’m married to an HVAC Technician who reminds me every day that skilled hands and a strong work ethic are the foundation of thriving communities.
